Born in 1962 in Shaoxing，Zhejiang Province，she is titled as National Arts and Crafts Master and Senior Artist and Craftsman. After graduation from the Fine Arts Department of Jingdezhen Ceramics Worker College in 1984，she first worked at the Jingdezhen Art Ceramics Factory and then became dedicated to creation of ceramic art works at the Jingdezhen Ceramics Research Institute. She is also a member of the China Arts and Crafts Association. A born lover of fine arts，she followed her father Zhao Huimin to master art. She specializes in famille-rose ceramic paintings of traditional beautiful Chinese women. Her masterpieces such as the Multi-decorated Bud Vase were winners of the third prize in the National Ceramics Art Exhibition and Evaluation Contest and many other municipal-level prizes，and his “Blue-and-white Jiangnan Grass and Flower Vase” has been collected by the Contemporary Chinese Art Gallery in Enba，Japan.
